You may maintain only one (1) Account with alfa66. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of any balances, including winnings. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
alfa66 employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gaming. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as Indonesian national identity card or passport), proof of address (such as utility bills or bank statements dated within the last three months), and payment method verification (such as bank account statements or e-wallet screenshots showing your name and account details). Failure to complete verification within thirty (30) days of Account creation may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party, and you agree to notify alfa66 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed your responsibility, and you will be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use that occurs before you notify us of a security breach.
alfa66 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon) and major Indonesian e-wallets (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction, while maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly upon successful processing by your financial institution.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your alfa66 Account originate from legitimate sources and do not derive from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any illegal conduct. alfa66 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time, particularly for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the original payment source.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, alfa66 offers optional deposit limit tools allowing you to set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately for increases and after a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours for decreases. You may request withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account is fully verified through our KYC process, (b) you have met all applicable wagering requirements for any active bonuses, (c) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of Rp 100,000, and (d) you are withdrawing to a payment method registered in your own name matching your verified identity documents.

Daily withdrawal limits vary based on your VIP tier, ranging from Rp 25,000,000 for standard members to unlimited withdrawals for Black Diamond VIP members. Monthly withdrawal limits also apply, with higher limits available to VIP tier members.
alfa66 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or transactions that trigger our fraud prevention systems. In cases where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations are suspected, alfa66 may suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation. If violations are confirmed, we reserve the right to void winnings, confiscate bonus funds, close the Account, and report suspected criminal activity to appropriate authorities.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Cashback is calculated on net losses (total wagers minus total winnings) and is credited to your Account daily at 12:00 WIB. VIP cashback carries no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn immediately or used for further gaming. VIP tier advancement is automatic based on monthly turnover, and tier status includes lifetime protection.

alfa66 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error including incorrect odds display, technical malfunctions, or force majeure events. In sports betting, if a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to industry-standard rules for each sport. Disputed settlements must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of the original bet settlement. alfa66's decision on disputed bets is final and binding.
You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. For responsible gaming purposes, alfa66 offers self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent closure. During self-exclusion, your Account will be inaccessible, and you will not receive promotional communications. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, minus any active bonus funds which will be forfeited.
alfa66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration or verification, or engaged in activity that damages alfa66's reputation or interests. In such cases, we may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and resolution. If violations are confirmed, winnings may be voided and only original deposits returned, subject to our sole discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alfa66 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services, (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the platform, (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your Account or content, (d) interruptions or cessation of the Services.
alfa66's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or IDR 10,000,000, whichever is less. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of alfa66 services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, conducted in the English language under the rules of the Indonesian Arbitration Board (BANI). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and alfa66's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without alfa66's prior written consent. alfa66 may assign these Terms and any rights or obligations hereunder to any third party without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and alfa66 regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.
